I am originally from Pasadena, California and moved to Minnesota in 1992.  I joined Clements in 2009 as a new vehicles sales consultant after a long career with IBM.  In my spare time I enjoy hunting, fishing, and snow mobiliing...when there is enough snow :)  My first new car was actually a Subaru Brat that I purchased in 1979 after being discharged from the Army.  We used to take it 4 Wheeling, but usually ended up getting stuck.  Luckily it was small enough that 2 of us could usually move it over enough to get it out. 

Todd Penz

I have been in the automotive industry since 2009.  Currently I am the Internet Sales Manager at Clements Chevrolet Cadillac Subaru.  I have really enjoyed my time here at Clements and look forward to new adventures each and every day.  I do everything I can to help customers find the right vehicle they are looking for and ensure that they are 100% completely satisfied.  My office is located in our brand new Subaru building, please stop by and say hi!

Lloyd Witt

I have been in the automotive industry since 1987 and I have been at Clements since April of 2011.  I have been married since 1995 to my beautiful wife, Lori.  My son was married in May 2011 and I could not be more happy for him.  We currently live in Owatonna though I grew up in Graettinger, IA; just southeast of Lake Okoboji the world renowned Arnolds Park. Part of the reason I chose this profession is my love of cars.  I remember my first car for its performance and horsepower, and even though I am at Clements around cars for most of my day, I really enjoy going to car shows and going to dirt track races.  I also enjoy watching baseball at all levels.  I am a member of 2 car clubs and a member of the Sons of American Legion. Please let me know what I can do for you!

Blake Fitting

I have been serving the local area in the car industry since 1998.  I have been at Clements since June of 2011.  The car industry has been a great fit for me because everyday is different, I get to meet a lot of people, and for the most part is a lot of fun.  I once had a first time car buyer whose heart was set on a Cadillac Deville.  After about a week working with our finance department, his loan got approved.  After I received the news, I called him up and asked him to stop by.  Upon his arrival I showed him a lesser in value vehicle and explained that this is what he was approved for, but maybe he could get the Deville a little down the road in life. Oh and the Deville was sitting right next to the car I told him he was approved for.  He understood and was very grateful and appreciated all my help.  Then I told him I was joking and he was approved for the Deville.  He jumped up and down hooting and hollering because he was so overcome with joy.  Pretty sure it was one of my favorite days in the car industry.

I am lucky to be blessed with such a wonderful family. I have been married to my lovely wife since 1999 and we have 2 beautiful children. I am proud to say that I have lived in the area for quite some time now. Most of my free time is spent chasing our children around, but I still try to go fishing as much as possible with my brother.  I am a better fisherman, but he is a better story teller. ;)

Duane "Dewey" Siem

I have been in the automotive industry off and on for a number of years. I was a service advisor for another local dealership for 6 years and had a stint as a shop foreman back in the 80’s. I have been at Clements since September 2011, and have enjoyed learning the sales side of the industry. It’s quite exciting to see my customers get into their new car for the first time. My first car was a 1974 Camaro, and man I wish I still had that!!! I have even posted videos of customers getting their car on our various websites. It’s so rewarding to see their smiles.

My family has lived in the Plainview & Elgin area for some time now. My father lost his battle to cancer in 2000. In my spare time, I volunteer for various cancer foundations through my membership with the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club, which is a Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. We also help with homeless charities and Boy Scouts & Cub Scouts of America. If you couldn’t tell I enjoy riding my bike whenever possible. I also enjoy pheasant hunting with my two Labs, working out, and working and operating my custom painting business that I have been doing since 2004.

Adam Gasser

I started my career at Clements on January 4, 2012.  Most people start their New Year with a resolution; I started mine with an exciting new job.  Since 2000 I had been working as a carpenter for a local builder. I absolutely loved seeing their initial reaction when they would get to see the work we did for them.  The excitement and joyful expressions was very rewarding.  Now I look forward to working with people and fulfilling their transportation needs.  I live in Byron where my beautiful wife Melissa and I are raising our three amazing kids.  I look forward to getting to know you and your family as I assist you in finding a vehicle that meets your family’s needs.
