Use our Service Request Form or contact our Appointment Clerk at 507-285-4772 to schedule regular maintenance of major repairs.

When you arrive at Clements Service Department, your service advisor will be able to estimate how long it should take to service your vehicle. In some cases, depending on the nature of your visit, you may be able to wait while the work is being performed.

If it is more convenient for you to drop it off before or after our regular Service Department hours, you will find a secure "Early Bird/Night Owl" drop box beside the main service doors.

Using the "Early Bird/Night Owl" drop box is simple and convenient:

• Park your vehicle in front of the service doors
• Remove the keys and lock your vehicle.
• Fill out a drop-off envelope(located in the drop box)
• Seal the keys inside the envelope
• Slide it into the drop slot.
• Be sure to include a telephone number where your Service Advisor can reach you.

Rental Transportation
One of the provisions of your new vehicle's warranty allows the dealership to provide you with alternative transportation should your vehicle need to be kept overnight to complete a warranty-covered repair. If so, your Service Advisor will make the necessary arrangements with our on-site Rental Department, who will provide you with a rental vehicle at no charge to you (Supplemental insurance and fuel expenses are not included).

Courtesy Shuttle
Clements is happy to provide courtesy shuttle service to get you to and from the dealership when a rental vehicle is not needed. Whether you need a ride to work or home, we'll drop you off and then return you to the dealership once your vehicle is ready to be picked up.

Don't hesitate to ask your Service Advisor about our shuttle service. It is there for your convenience.

Of course, many repairs are covered by your vehicle's warranty, but for those that are not - such as routine maintenance concerns - Clements offers a labor rate that's comparable to and in many cases lower than other national service facilities. Most importantly, all our service prices are straighforward and easy to understand: No matter how complex the service performed, our rate remains the same.
